About Me

I qualified with the International Institute of Reflexology (IIR) in Staffordshire. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR). Since qualifying I have developed my skills and obtained following further acreditations…

• The Susanne Enzer certificate of competency in Maternity and Fertility – 2006
• VRT (Vertical Reflexology Techniques) with Lynne Booth – local leading reflexologist, 2007
• ART (Advanced Reflexology Techniques) with Tony Porter - 2008
• I regularly attend master classes and workshops to improve my skills and knowledge, including VRT pain & mobility, advanced VRT, hand reflexology and endocrine balancing.

I am married with children and prior to being a reflexologist, I worked in management positions for large corporate groups…. I am well aware of the stresses and strains life can bring.
